In the picture above, Frank Lampard of the England National Team took a shot from about 20 yards away from the goal. The ball as you can see obviously crossed over the goal line, but the call on the field was a "no goal". When the final whistle blew, Germany won the match 4-1. Being a fan and a player of soccer, it frustrating to watch the sport when there are to many moments that could of been overturned by a video replay. Now i know i don't play professional soccer but i have played in matches where the ref has made outrageous calls. It would be nice to see FIFA initiate goal-line technology so people could enjoy watching the sport.
